Each piece undergoes inspection by one of our I.I.C.R.C. certified technicians to identify the fabric fiber type, note any pre-existing damage, and any potential problems- all of which will be documented and pictured.
Our technician will identify soils and stains on the fabric and devise a plan for cleaning.
All cleanings performed on site will be done on drop cloths and positioned for ergonomic processing by the technician.
Some staple fibers form pills (small balls of broken fibers), especially in high-traffic areas. These will be removed.
Vacuuming to remove all loose soils is mandatory for professional upholstery cleaning
Preparing the fabric for cleaning with chemistry appropriate for the fabric and soil types
Technician will employ cleaning method deemed appropriate during the inspection process.
Cleaned goods dried in moving air.
Fabrics will be treated to restore any potential loss of water/ stain repellency caused by exposure
Goods will be inspected and results documented via photos to be passed along to the customer with invoice.
